Each gown is made individually, with the utmost care and attention to every detail. We want you to feel truly special and for the dress you receive to bring you joy and meet all your expectations.

Before purchasing

Before placing an online order, we kindly ask you to contact our consultant to confirm the current production and delivery timeframe for your chosen model.
Click the envelope icon in the lower-left corner of the website and send us a message in the form most convenient for you.
We usually reply within 1–12 hours, checking fabric availability, our sewing schedule, and individual custom orders.

A conversation with our consultant will help you feel confident and make a well-informed choice, avoiding any surprises related to production time.

Production timelines

The production time depends on the complexity of the design and the current workload of our atelier:

• 2–3 weeks – up to a maximum of 1 month – models that can be prepared quickly
• 1–2 months – sometimes up to 3 months – moderately complex designs
• 5–6 months – exclusive and exceptionally labor-intensive gowns

If you order a dress based on your own design or a reference photo, the timeline is set individually and depends on the construction, level of complexity, and amount of handwork required. We always discuss the exact production time before accepting the order.

After placing your order

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation.
If you included individual requests—such as sleeves or removing the train—the Designer will contact you to clarify the details.
