I’m your designer, and it’s very important to me that your wedding dress is exactly what you dreamed of — beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly fitted.

If, after receiving the dress, you feel that a small change in size or length is needed, don’t worry and don’t make a hasty decision to return it. This is completely normal and very common.

Dress alterations and adjustments


When you purchase a dress from our salon, you are entitled to free size alterations. This is part of our care for every bride.

Before deciding on a return, I warmly encourage you to contact me. Just describe what you would like changed and send photos of the dress on you — this will allow me to propose the best solution.

Our dresses can be taken in or let out and the length can be perfectly adjusted. From experience, I know that almost every bride comes in for alterations shortly before the wedding. Changes in weight, body shape, or even pregnancy are completely natural.

Alterations are carried out 2–3 weeks before the wedding date at our salon in Szczecin. On-site you will find professional seamstresses who complete adjustments within 1–7 days, with great attention to every detail.

Often it turns out that coming to us and having the dress fitted by its creators is a calmer and more reliable solution than looking for a workshop in your own city.

Returns or exchanges

If, however, you decide that the dress does not meet your expectations, you have the full right to:
• return it within 14 days of receiving the order.

We kindly ask that you inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receiving the dress. This helps us plan the next steps efficiently, which is especially important during the busy wedding season.

A few important, customer-friendly rules

If you choose to return the dress, please be especially careful when trying it on.

Therefore the dress should:
• have all original tags attached,
• remain in new condition, without signs of wear,
• have no foreign odors or traces of cosmetics or makeup,
• show no signs of alterations or tailoring interventions.

For your own comfort and peace of mind, we recommend showering and refraining from wearing makeup before the fitting — small gestures that help avoid misunderstandings. 🤍

We cover the cost of shipping the dress to you.
If you return the dress, the cost of sending the parcel back is covered by the client.
Refunds to the bank account are issued within 7 days of our receiving the dress.
